Sela qualified as a Dental Hygienist and Dental Therapist obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Oral Health from Essex University in 2015 prior to that she gained a Diploma in Dental Hygiene whilst in her native Spain in 1998.
Since qualifying Sela has worked in various clinics in the Colchester area providing her patients with quality therapy and hygiene treatments. She also loves nothing better than busting myths providing patients with fact based treatments and methods.
Lynn Wright started in dentistry in 2007 as a receptionist whilst studying part time in the National Exam Board for Dental Nurses which she took and passed in November 2009 which is when she became a practice manager.
Although the role throws up many different challenges this is what she loves about her job, no two days are the same. Her main objective is to help her principal Aga, in delivering the patient centred care and treatment which is at the heart of the practice. I love the fact that in a world of “white Space” and “Key Performance Indicators” (Corporate speak) the most important person in this surgery is still our patient.
